Is Peak an operator or a broker?
Peak is a pilot-founded charter broker based in Bozeman, Montana. We do not own a fleet, which is the point: with no aircraft to keep busy, we match every trip to the right aircraft from operators across the US and Canada. We arrange — you fly.
Does Peak charge membership fees?
No. No initiation fee, no annual dues, no deposit program. You pay for the flight, not the privilege of asking about one. Quotes are free, and the number we quote is the number you pay.
How does Peak vet the operators it uses?
Every operator is checked against ARGUS TripCheq and Wyvern safety data, and insurance is verified before every trip, not annually. Aircraft and crew pairings are reviewed per flight. We would rather over-verify than leave you wondering.
What is included in a Peak quote?
Everything the trip requires: aircraft, crew, fuel, handling fees, standard catering and taxes, in one fixed number quoted up front. If something genuinely optional comes up, de-icing in a storm or a last-minute catering change, you approve it before it happens. No surprises at the airport.
What is the Peak Storm Plan?

The Storm Plan is our standing evacuation arrangement: pre-identified aircraft, alternate airports and a decision timeline agreed before the weather turns, so your family moves early and calmly instead of bidding against the panic.
How quickly can Peak arrange a flight?
Same-day is routinely possible when aircraft are positioned well, and a few hours of notice has worked more than once. The honest answer is that lead time buys options: better aircraft choice, better pricing and calmer logistics. Event weeks and holiday peaks deserve weeks of notice, not days.
